My Mom comes to mind :) She is an Extraordinary woman and if you knew her you would agree. Diane Thome will do anything for anyone and has showed me how to be a wife and mother to strife for. Thanks MOM :)
ReplyDeleteWhen I think of "Extraordinary Woman" I think of someone that goes out of the way to love and really Love someone with the kind of Love that only someone who lets Christ really shine through their eyes and hands. Mother Teresa comes to my mind and how she would choose the worst possible shoes that were donated to the people in the village she lived in just so that no one else would have to wear them. She loved Christ so much it showed through what she did. That, I think, is an extraordinary woman.
ReplyDeleteAn Extraordinary Woman is one who delivers a needed encouragement at just the right moment. She radiates peace from her face and she displays grace in her manner. (To me, that indicates the presence of the Holy Spirit.)
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to Oct 29th!!

When i think of the description of extraordinary woman , I think of a balanced woman. A woman that loves God first and her family second. A woman of balance knows how to let God be in control and to be a "human- being and not human-doing". A woman who's extraordinary knows she cannot do anything without Christ as her center. :)
ReplyDeleteMy daughter is the image of an "Extraordinary Woman". She will be 25 this June and has always lived her life for Christ. She radiates the Holy Spirit in everything that she does. God works thru her everyday as a great teacher to 5th grade students and as a friend to many. It is "He" that she lives for everyday. It makes a mother proud!!!
ReplyDeleteI think of an amazing woman.

I agree with all the comments above, plus, The Proverbs 31 woman comes to my mind who is a woman who walks with the Lord--humble, obedients and is filled with the Spirit.
ReplyDeleteWhen I think of an Extraordinary Woman, it is someone who thinks of other before themselves and never complains. Women that walk with the Lord with all their heart and soul, knowing that God is always with them.

An Extraordinary Woman is filled with the Spirit and the love, peace, joy, kindness, patience, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control that flow from and through her are a benefit to all who know her. I pray that I can be that kind of an extraordinary woman--what a blessing I could be to others and it would glorify my Heavenly Father which is what I was created for!

When I think of the term,"extraordinary woman" I think of my mom Donna Burkle. A woman who has always sacrificed, looked outside of the box, loves people of every tribe, tongue, and nation. And has truly led by example in all of these aspects of her life.
ReplyDeleteI also think of Deborah from Scripture, in that she was a woman who led by spurring others on and was bold enough to stand out in an unordinary but extraordinary way. Thanks !
JESUS LOVES YOU!!!!
Phil. 1:21 "For to me, to live is CHRIST and to die is gain!"
To me, an extraordinary woman is someone who knows exactly who she is in Christ. Therefore she can combat Satan's lies with God's truth and isn't tossed about by every wind or wave that comes along in life. She is able to stand strong because she knows the ONE who she can stand on - the solid Rock. Driven by her passion for knowing God more, she is consistently seeking after God and relying on Him every moment. She is also sensitive to the Spirit's leading in her life and is able to be an encouragement to others and the hands and feet of Christ in showing love to those around her.
ReplyDeleteAn extraordinary woman is someone who isn't afraid to daily follow Christ. Whether it is in her job, home, family or marriage. A woman who stands strong and yet isn't afraid to let her guard down and let others ministry to her when she has a need..it's something we ALL can be when walking in the Father's footsteps, even if we fall sometimes. We are only extraordinary when we are hidden in Him.
ReplyDeleteA woman who tries to live by Romans 12:10-18. Those are awesome instructions for all of us!
